Origins · Chapter 01

Nigeria

Where my story began.

I was born in Nigeria. My engineering journey took shape at Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile-Ife, with roots that continue to connect my work and my wider story.

Notes from my journey.

Engineering roots in Ile-Ife

At Obafemi Awolowo University, chemical engineering and process systems helped shape the way I approach problems: understand the system, test the assumptions, and look for a useful intervention.

I later led the OAU team whose biogas proposal for rural power generation earned second place in the 2021 AIChE Chemical Engineering for Good Challenge.
